I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CARD?  HSA cards auto-order for members that are new the HealthEquity System and should be received within 7-10 business days.  If you have a card from a prior plan year, a new card does not generate as the original card is still active.  IF YOU NO LONGER HAVE A CARD OR DID NOT RECEIVE A CARD call MEMBER SERVICES AT 866-346-5800 available 24/7/365.  Member services will assist with a card order or status, and resolve any issue during the call.  You may also utilize the Member Portal  for direct access.

DEPENDENT CARE

A dependent care FSA allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified dependent care for children under the age of 13, a disabled spouse, or a parent in eldercare.  Is helps you pay the expenses with pre-tax dollars so that you can work or attend school.  Qualifying expenses include:  preschool, summer day camp, before or after school  programs, child daycare, and elder daycare.  There is a contribution maximum of $5,000 for single and married filing jointly or $2,500 for married filing separately..
