All benefit-eligible employees are provided with a $15,000 Basic Life insurance coverage and a $15,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) policy through Lincoln Financial Group at no cost to you (value may decrease after age 65). This benefit also includes LifeKeys and TravelConnect services. To enroll into this benefit you must contact the enrollment center within 60 days of your hire date. Even if you are not electing any other benefits, please contact the enrollment center to confirm your beneficiary.
